Secure Data Destruction
Every drive is wiped with verification, aligned to NAID AAA / i-SIGMA specifications — free of charge. Need media gone for good? Physical destruction is $10/drive on request. Every job closes with a signed Certificate of Destruction.
Full Asset Tracing
Every serial number is tracked through each stage: Received → Verified → Wiped → Destroyed or Refurbished → Resold or Recycled. You get the Certificate of Destruction, Chain of Custody, and a per-batch Trace Report showing exactly where everything went.
Reuse-First Refurbishment
Working gear is tested, securely wiped, refurbished, and resold instead of scrapped. That resale revenue is exactly what funds your free pickup, wipes, and documentation — and it keeps usable equipment out of the landfill.

Your Trace Report, Certificate of Destruction, and Chain of Custody arrive when the batch closes — plus any resale value credited back to you.
How can this be free?
Simple: we're a refurbisher as much as an ITAD provider. When your retired equipment still has life in it, we test it, wipe it, refurbish it, and resell it. The recovered value from resale offsets the cost of the service — that's what keeps standard pickup, data wipes, and chain-of-custody documentation free.
The only thing you ever pay for is physical destruction: when you require a drive shredded or crushed rather than wiped and reused, that's $10/drive, because a destroyed drive has no resale value to fund the work.
