2. How forms are processed

Contact and pickup request forms on this site are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service. Form submissions are transmitted to us by email and are subject to Web3Forms' own privacy practices in transit. We do not use form data for advertising.

3. How we use information

Information you submit is used solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule and perform the requested service (including nationwide mail-in kits and regional on-site pickups), and maintain the chain-of-custody and compliance records described in our service documentation.

4. Information sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only with the service providers required to complete your engagement — such as shipping carriers for mail-in kits and downstream recycling partners — and with regulatory or auditing authorities upon legal request.

5. Data retention

Chain-of-custody records, sanitization logs, and Certificates of Destruction are retained for a minimum of seven years per our service policy. Quote inquiries that do not result in a service engagement are retained for two years.

6. Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect submitted information. No internet transmission or electronic storage is ever fully secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
